GENERAL INFORMATION
This document describes how the Data Controller processes your personal data provided through the Website.
Below are the main types of processing of your personal data. In particular, we explain the legal basis of the processing, whether the provision of data is mandatory, and the consequences of not providing personal data. To better describe your rights, where necessary, we specify if and when a particular data processing activity is not carried out.
Website Registration
The Website does not offer a registration feature. Therefore, the Data Controller does not process your personal data for this purpose.
Purchases on the Website
It is not possible to make purchases on the Website. Consequently, your personal data will not be processed for this purpose. The Data Controller does not process user data to send purchase “reminder” emails for products and/or services.
Responding to Your Requests
Your data will be processed to respond to your information requests. Providing your data is optional, but refusal to provide it will prevent the Data Controller from answering your questions. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in responding to user requests. This legitimate interest corresponds to the user’s interest in receiving a response to communications sent to the Data Controller.
General Marketing
With your prior consent, the Data Controller may process the personal data you provide to send you advertising materials and/or newsletters relating to its own or third-party products. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. The provision of personal data for this purpose is entirely optional. Failure to consent to the marketing processing will prevent you from receiving advertising material related to the Data Controller’s and/or third-party products/services, as well as from participating in market surveys, including those aimed at assessing user satisfaction, or receiving newsletters. These communications will be sent to the email address you provided on the Website.

The Data Controller reserves the right to take all necessary measures, including legal action, to prevent and prosecute any unauthorized scraping activity. By using the Website, the user or any third party agrees not to: (i) use automated systems, such as bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or interact with the Website; (ii) collect content, data, or other information from the Website without explicit written authorization; (iii) distribute, display, publish, or otherwise use content acquired through scraping techniques without consent. Disclosure of Personal Data
In the course of its ordinary activities, the Data Controller may disclose your personal data to certain categories of parties. Article 2 contains the list of entities to which the Data Controller discloses your personal data. To better protect your rights, Article 2 may specify, in some cases, when your data is not disclosed to third parties.
“Disclosure” of personal data to third parties is different from “transfer” (addressed in the previous section). In the case of disclosure, the third party to whom the data is transmitted may only use it for the specific purposes described in the relationship with the Data Controller. In the case of transfer, the third party becomes an independent Data Controller of the personal data. Furthermore, your consent is always required to transfer your personal data to third parties.
